Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced service person to manage the Service function which requires being hands-on for in-field setups on delivery, ongoing in-field servicing and support of our high quality agricultural machinery. The ideal candidate will have experience working with broad acre agricultural machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and schedule the service work to be completed efficiently and effectively to maximise the value of time spent in the field, including:
  • Developing service plans for customers & building trusting customer relationships.
  • Setting up machines on delivery.
  • Performing service requirements which includes troubleshooting in the field.
  • Coordinating with our Sales and Production teams to meet our customer’s expectations.
• The ability and preparedness to travel between our factory in Toowoomba and our customers (predominantly but not limited to Queensland and New South Wales) and be away from home, is essential.
  • It is envisaged the time away from Toowoomba would be approximately 50% and in the most part during the week. (flexibility according to work requirements is required)
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to resolve any technical issues.
• Assist the Assembly team in the factory when service duties are up to date.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience working with agricultural machinery and related equipment is required.Working knowledge of hydraulics and control systems would be an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of farming processes & equipment.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Attention to detail with excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
• Natural ability to form and maintain positive and successful customer relationships.
• Trade qualifications (preferred but not mandatory as long as experience is proven).
• Physical stamina to perform field work, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Sprayer/Painter to join our manufacturing team, finishing heavy-duty equipment built for real paddock conditions.

What you’ll be doing

• Spray painting agricultural machinery and components

• Surface preparation including sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning

• Mixing and applying industrial and 2-pack coatings

• Maintaining paint booths, spray equipment, and tools

• Ensuring consistent, high-quality finishes

• Working alongside fabrication and assembly teams

We are seeking a skilled Boilermaker Welder to join our factory team, fabricating and assembling high-quality agricultural machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and a passion for precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on parts and components for agricultural machinery.
• Fabricate machinery frames, attachments, and other structural components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and welding specifications.
• Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

Qualifications
