We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Sprayer/Painter to join our manufacturing team, finishing heavy-duty equipment built for real paddock conditions.

What you’ll be doing
  • Spray painting agricultural machinery and components

  • Surface preparation including sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning

  • Mixing and applying industrial and 2-pack coatings

  • Maintaining paint booths, spray equipment, and tools

  • Ensuring consistent, high-quality finishes

  • Working alongside fabrication and assembly teams

What we’re looking for
  • Experience in industrial or automotive spray painting

  • Knowledge of 2-pack and industrial coatings

  • Strong attention to detail and workmanship

  • Ability to work efficiently within a team

  • Reliable, safety-focused, and proactive attitude

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Boilermaker Welder to join our factory team, fabricating and assembling high-quality agricultural machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and a passion for precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG welding on parts and components for agricultural machinery.
  • Fabricate machinery frames, attachments, and other structural components.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and welding specifications.
  • Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Operate welding equipment and tools efficiently and safely.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to factory safety protocols.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or factory setting (experience in agricultural or industrial machinery preferred).
  • Proficiency in MIG welding techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Familiarity with factory safety standards and procedures.
  • Trade qualifications (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Physical stamina to perform factory work, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
