About the Role

This is a hands-on position responsible for the assembly of broadacre and row crop planting & seeding equipment. Working as part of a small and supportive team, you will play an important role in ensuring our machinery is built to the highest standards of quality and performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assemble broadacre & row crop planting and seeding equipment
• Complete general mechanical assembly tasks
• Interpret and work from assembly drawings and technical instructions
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and safely
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment

About You

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

• Experience in machinery assembly or a similar hands-on mechanical role
• The ability to read and interpret assembly drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Good problem-solving skills and a practical approach to work
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Desirable qualifications and experience

While not essential, the following would be highly regarded:

• Experience within the agricultural machinery industry.
• Mechanical knowledge of agricultural equipment and components.
• Mechanical trade qualifications or a mechanical background

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Spare Parts Team Member to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with agricultural machinery spare parts experience who enjoys building strong customer relationships and ensuring farmers receive the right parts when they need them.

About the Role

Reporting to the Spare Parts Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service while managing the sale, ordering and supply of agricultural machinery spare parts.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding promptly to customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Proactive outbound sales calls
• Processing, picking and packing of customer orders as required.  Keep customers updated on deliveries.
• Making outbound sales calls to generate spare parts sales.
• Forecasting seasonal spare parts requirements in conjunction with the Spare Parts Team Leader and Managing Director.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting with stock control, transfers and stocktakes.
• Maintaining a safe, organised and efficient work environment.

About You

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in agricultural machinery spare parts, agricultural equipment, or a similar heavy machinery parts environment.
• A strong customer service focus with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A sound understanding of inventory management and stock control processes.
• Good computer skills and experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and customer service.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
• A current driver’s licence.
• A Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one).

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Boilermaker Welder to join our factory team, fabricating and assembling high-quality agricultural machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and a passion for precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on parts and components for agricultural machinery.
• Fabricate machinery frames, attachments, and other structural components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and welding specifications.
• Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Operate welding equipment and tools efficiently and safely.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to factory safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or factory setting (experience in agricultural or industrial machinery preferred).
• Proficiency in MIG welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with factory safety standards and procedures.
• Trade qualifications (preferred but not mandatory).
• Physical stamina to perform factory work, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
